SET OF 6 TEMPERED STEEL GRINDING PLATES

PLEASE NOTE: These Size #12 Tempered Steel Grinding Plates have a slot to hold them in place in our Grinding Heads. These will ONLY fit our STX Turboforce II 4000 Electric Meat Grinder.

The diameter of the grinding plates are approximately 2 5/8 Inches (the Standard for a Size #12 Grinder) which makes for a much faster grind due to the larger output for the meat that you are grinding. The grinding plate that looks like a "Wagon Wheel" and the 12mm (15/32 inch) grinding plate are used for a very Coarse Grind, the 10mm (25/64 inch) is used for a Less Coarse Grind, the 8mm grinding plate (10/32" Diameter Holes) is used for a Medium Grind and the 4mm (5/32 inch) grinding plate is used for a Fine Grind. Also included is the Sausage Stuffing Plate. Please note that these Grinding Plates are made from Tempered Steel and should NOT be washed in the dishwasher. They should also be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried immediately, coated with a food grade oil or food grade silicone and stored in a plastic bag ready for their next use.
