There are 3 sizes of Tempered Steel Grinding Plates The 3 grinding plates differ by hole diameter and produce finer grinds of meat as the hole diameter decreases. These 3 grinding plates have hole diameters of 4 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm, respectively.
